ICF Germany is particularly interested in supporting and accompanying companies in the German-speaking area, especially German SMEs, in establishing coaching in personnel development.

Especially in the last few years, very high-quality and interesting projects have been developed here that are to be shown. Nominated can be coaching programs that have innovative concepts and/or have made a significant contribution to achieving important corporate goals. The response in 2018 was very good and it is a great honour for us to continue our grown cooperation with the sponsoring of the Prism Award in the coming years.

It is irrelevant whether internal and/or external coaches are used.

The German Prism Award, which is now presented annually in autumn, thus represents a meaningful supplement to the ICF’s international Prism Award, which is presented in early summer.

Submission for the Prism Award Germany is now possible until July 15, 2019.
